If you wish to reserve a puppy, please complete the form below. We screen all potential dog owners and require a complete application and a deposit of $200.00 from everyone wishing to reserve a pup. If you do not wish to purchase the puppy, your deposit may be applied to a pup from the next litter but not refunded. Please make money orders payable to Liz Thompson and mail to the address below OR hit the PAY NOW button and pay with PayPal (Please include 3.5% for Paypal fees) . 100% of the deposit is applied to the total purchase price of the puppy.
